America as we all know have a large amount of issues. "the same idiots that cant get a bottle of water to a major american city is trying to win a war" (Minority Report)(Katrina). With that being said, I am sure we are all familiar with the term "death row". I will not be giving my opinion as to whether im with or against death row. However, if your going to kill somebody, why spent over 50K a year on each victim trying to maintain them in good condition lol. This makes absolutely no sense.
